With a distinction of excellence and as an international award-winner, the 17-year-old Mexican-Polish cellist Anna Komusiński stands out as one of the most promising artists of her generation.
Her performance has been described as “A wonderful cellist with a captivating and beautiful sound,” showcasing the mastery and sensitivity that characterize her musical art.
Introduced to the world of music at an early age within a musical family, Anna received her first cello lessons using the Suzuki Method. After taking her initial musical steps in Mexico, she moved her artistic pursuit to Europe to continue her musical education, where she embraced the legacy of the eminent Professor Henryk Zarzycki.
Winner by several prestigious international competitions in Europe, such as:

From a young age, Anna began her artistic career as a soloist, performing with various orchestras and on European and American stages, such as:

Anna is a scholarship recipient and active student of the “Intensive Weeks” program led by Russian-Swiss Professor Ivan Monighetti at the prestigious International Music Academy in Liechtenstein as well as:

Since January 2025, she has been honing her artistry at the prestigious Musica Mundi School in Waterloo, Belgium, under the mentorship of Professors Claire Oppert and Vladimir Perlin. A cornerstone of her artistic development for the past three years has been her private studies with Maestro Ivan Monighetti, with whom she continues to work closely.
Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Anna shares her music in socially vital spaces nursing homes, public schools, hospitals, and adoption centers believing in music’s power to inspire, connect, and heal.
Anna performs on an 18th-century cello and bow, generously on loan from a private collection curated by Dr. Peter Hauber, Berlin Germany.
